It’s Palm Sunday… Easter is coming soon

Look out for an updated blog post every day sometime in the evening time.

Today it marks Palm Sunday where we celebrate Jesus coming into the Holy City where the crowds of people who were praising and giving thanks to everything that was prophesied in scripture in Matthew 21:6-10 it references where Jesus comes in with a donkey and the colt of people, and his 12 put on their cloaks, and they sat on them, and they cut branches from the trees around and placed them on the road. And the crowds that were around him shouted “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!. This is a greatest testament that was marked for the townspeople because it showed a high reverence that they had for Jesus and his mercies and greatness that he had and his prophesies that he needed to fulfill before He got put on trial for death to a wooden cross.

“The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, Who is this? And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.” Matthew 21:6-11 ESV

Currently I have been going on walks and reflecting on everything around me being still and reflect my acts of Worship towards God, and pause for a few minutes on my walk during that time and go into prayer for our nation, and all of the people working on the front line to help the stop of the spread of this pandemic including the first responders, health care providers. Prayer especially for all of the people who are still going into work who are all considered essential (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants who offer carryout, curbside, or drive thru services). As well for prayer for the labs who are currently working on getting a vaccine that will work with certain antibodies that they find a solution swiftly, and I want to keep everyone that has been diagnosed with the virus that the symptoms that they have decrease as time passes by. In Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Here is a song to reflect on our current situation that we are going through right now:

I love this part of the song because I think this hits hard on what the world is dealing with in this present time of desperation on when everything will go back to normal. I want to leave you with this song to reflect on that displays the promises that the Lord gives us to lean on and depend on each and every single day.
