It Is Done

Today marks the day when Jesus dies on the cross, as we reflect the greatness that we have with Christ. I want to leave with a good note and invite a person to watch one of the many few live services that will be streaming throughout this weekend, pray for lives changed and hearts set upon God to get a better glimpse of the glory of God.

And behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone and sat on it. Matthew 28:2

I went on a walk today, and as the wind was roaring it reminded me of God’s sufficient grace he has for us in our lives, and why he sent his son to die on that cross to save us from our filth and shame so that we may have life to spend in eternity with the Savior when that time comes.

In the darkness We were waiting Without hope Without light Till from heaven You came running

There was mercy in Your eyes To fulfil the law and prophets To a virgin came the word From a throne of endless glory To a cradle in the dirt

Praise the Father Praise the Son Praise the Spirit Three in one God of glory Majesty Praise forever to the King of Kings

To reveal the kingdom coming And to reconcile the lost To redeem the whole creation You did not despise the cross

For even in your suffering You saw to the other side Knowing this was our salvation Jesus for our sake you died

Praise the Father Praise the Son Praise the Spirit Three in one God of glory Majesty Praise forever to the King of Kings

And the morning that You rose All of heaven held its breath Till that stone was moved for good For the Lamb had conquered death And the dead rose from their tombs And the angels stood in awe For the souls of all who’d come To the Father are restored

And the church of Christ was born Then the Spirit lit the flame Now this gospel truth of old Shall not kneel Shall not faint By His blood and in His name In His freedom I am free For the love of Jesus Christ Who has resurrected me

Praise the Father Praise the Son Praise the Spirit Three in one God of glory Majesty Praise forever to the King of Kings

Praise the Father Praise the Son Praise the Spirit Three in one God of glory Majesty Praise forever to the King of Kings

Reflections on this song of giving us the Ultimate Sacrifice of his Son to cleanse us from all of our sins so there when there comes a time we will be able to spend eternity with the Father, when that time comes.

Have a splendid weekend.

Joyfully,

I.C.M
