Fruit Of The Spirit

Today’s Key Scripture: Galatians 5

Today i am going to share the faithfulness that Paul is telling us to do in this part of Galatians to keep in step with the Spirit in our daily walks with the Holy Father in our daily talks and interactions with others around us. I am going to leave you with a touch of encouragement to reflect on the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:18-24.

Verse from Galatians 5:18-24: But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law, Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealously, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

A Touch of Encouragement for your day: In these verses Paul is telling everyone to do everything according to God’s purpose, and if they don’t they will lose faith in what they will have to inherit the kingdom of God if they don’t follow the fruit of the Spirit according to it’s full purpose, and the mercies that God told Paul to write in this section of scripture in Galatians. I love all of Paul’s letters in the New Testament because I love his encouragement that he leaves us with to think about while we are reading through the letters that he wrote to the multiple churches and to Timothy. The books that Paul wrote in the NT are {1st&2nd Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, Philippians, 1st&2nd Thessalonians, Ephesians, Galatians, 1st&2nd Corinthians, and Romans}. My writings will come from one of these books from the New Testament that Paul wrote.
